Summary

The Highlands Ranch average sales price has continued to increase since 2005.  The median sales price declined in the first quarter of 2008 to near the 2006 level.  The number of days on the market has increased over the past 36 months from 57 in 2006 to 85 currently.  The average sales to list price ratio declined for the first time since 2006.  In general, Highlands Ranch has been and still is, one of the healthiest real estate markets in the Denver metropolitan area.
